Accounting Clerk – FT

Full time with benefit package. The Accounting Clerk is responsible for general accounting (general ledger, financial statement reconciliation, accounts payable and accounts receivable), program accounting and report preparation.

Requirements:

  • 21 years of age or older
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in accounting or related field
  • At least 5 years’ experience in clerical accounting
  • Experience in Microsoft Office Knowledge of generally accepted accounting and bookkeeping principles and procedures
  • Customer service orientation
  • Detailed oriented

Development Associate – FT

  • Performs office work that is directly related to the general business operations of the Agency
  • Manages Raiser’s Edge including data entry, processing gifts, donor acknowledgments, running reports
  • Maintains the accuracy and integrity of Raiser’s Edge by ensuring all information is kept current
  • Troubleshoots database issues
  • Manages direct mailings and donor segmentation
  • Supports advertising and graphic design efforts
  • Assists with donor stewardship
  • Works in partnership with the Director of Development to develop, promote and maintain volunteer opportunities within the organization
  • Recruit, train, manage and track agency volunteers
  • Provides support to various committees and volunteers during fundraising campaigns and events
  • Participates/supports all development department initiatives, including the Christmas campaign
  • Enrichment activities
  • Performs other related duties as delegated by the Director of Development

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred or equivalent experience
  • Adobe Photoshop and InDesign skills a plus
  • Experience in Raiser’s Edge software preferred
  • Intermediate level skills in Microsoft Office required
  • Experience in communications, development or office management
  • Capability of exceptional time-management and organizational skills as needed for meeting deadlines and managing multiple projects
  • Ability to function either independently or as an active team member
  • Strong and professional verbal, analytical, organizational, and written communication skills

Residential Technician – FT 2:30-10:30pm Shift with Differential Pay & Benefit Package

$500 SIGN ON BONUS upon completion of one year probationary period. 

Job Description:

Full time with benefit package; Implements policies, procedures and services of program. Supervises and monitors each resident including incident reports and logs and ensures residents complete morning routine. Pay range begins at $10.50 hourly. Pays $.60 per hour differential.

Requirements:

      • 21 years of age or older
      • Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology or related field or equivalent in experience
      • Valid Driver’s License and MOE eligible
      • Experience with S.E.D. children preferred

Residential Technician Overnight 10pm-8am FT Shift with Differential Pay & Benefit Package ADDITIONAL SHIFT PREMIUM CURRENTLY PAID

Residential Technician – On Call / Shift Availability

Job Description:

Implements the day to day operation of the residential service program within the particular department including supervision, transportation, medication administration, skill building, group outings, etc. Works on as needed basis dependent upon employee availability.Pay range begins at $10.50 hourly.
