Marygrove’s 10th anniversary gala, now called BLOOM, was held on February 5, 2016, at the Four Seasons Hotel. 450 guests were in attendance and over $580,000 was raised to help children overcome the emotional burden of abuse, neglect or other trauma. A special thank you to our generous sponsors, including: our presenting sponsor, G.J. Claire Todorovich and Marnie Williamson co-chaired the event. Marygrove recognized Don Danforth and Mary Stillman as Ambassadors, a role created to unify the voice and impact of individuals and institutions dedicated to enriching the lives of young people in need. The evening also included three former residents sharing their stories and entertainment by Groovethang.

Thank you to everyone who helped make this year’s Spring Fling event a success! Over 160 guests joined us for lunch at Norwood Hills Country Club. The fresh new theme, delicious food, attendance prizes and sensational silent auction, which included “mystery boxes”, ensured a fun and exciting day. A special thank you to Jennifer Meckles from Channel 5/KSDK for serving as emcee for the day.
